21,058lbs. of food was collected for Hunger Hurts;
more than double it's 2009 goal.
Last year Hunger Hurts started as a simple idea to help support local hunger relief organizations during their slow time. Now that idea has become a community mission to stop local hunger.

For the first time ever, The First Tee of Greenville’s PLAYer program will
include an adult – Keeli Waller, Director of Public Relations. On Thursday,
June 18th, The First Tee of Greenville held its introductory session for new
members of the PLAYer program at Crosswinds Golf Course. The PLAYer
program is a program designed for new members of The First Tee of
Greenville and is open to children from 8-18 years old.

Liquid Highway kicks off Hunger Hurts, June 1st, 2009. Hunger Hurts is a month
long food Drive, during the month of June, which culminates with a two day
outdoor Event. Liquid Highway and TPM will be hosting the Forty-Eight Hour Fast
and Food Drive, Thursday, June 25th through Saturday, June 27th at Liquid
Highway’s East North Location in Greenville, SC. Several local people are fasting
over the Forty-Eight Hour Period on top of the Roof to bring awareness to this
local hunger problem.

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. -- Liquid Highway announced Thursday it's now driving business inside Michelin North America's headquarters just off Interstate 85 in Greenville. The new Liquid Highway location marks the 14th Store opening and will service all Michelin staff from inside the company's cafeteria.
